Its time for me to admit defeat and come to terms with the fact that it will be impossible to do any gardening for the forseeable future due to the waterlogged ground. This is a real seback because normally this is the time of year when a lot of the real gardening is done. Its always particularly enjoyable because there are usually so few interruptions. So the weeding, pruning and planting, not to mention moving things around will just not get done. In the meantime there’s only so much pottting I feel like doing on a daily basis so I’m feeling rather redundant. Maybe its the time to go away and stop pretending to work for the next few weeks.
